TT Cables, was founded in 2007 in Široki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a leading international cable producer serving a wide range of industries and global markets.

With over 500 employees and an annual production exceeding 70,000 tons, TT Cables delivers products and solutions to more than 50 countries worldwide, spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Its growing international presence is supported by subsidiaries, distribution centers, and production facilities across Europe.

The company operates in nine countries, with three production facilities and six subsidiaries, thereby strengthening its position as a truly international brand.

An interesting fact: TT Cables brings together 14 different nationalities under one roof, reflecting its diverse and dynamic company culture.

Objectives

Given the large number of employees working in production, TT Cables set out to create a unified channel that would allow everyone to easily and quickly access all company information. The primary objective was to streamline internal communication and consolidate existing tools that were previously scattered across multiple platforms.

Interactive features such as quizzes and document management proved especially valuable, as they supported the company’s strong culture of knowledge sharing. With frequent training sessions and employee testing, TT Cables was looking for a solution that would enable staff to track their learning progress and evaluate results seamlessly.
