Effective: 1 October 2020

This Privacy Policy describes the information Q collects, uses and discloses on the persons using Jenz (“Authorized Users”). If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use Jenz.

“Q” means Q Ltd., the owner of Jenz application (“Services”). Q acts as a processor of account information and organization (e.g. your employer) acts as a controller of such information.

Q acts as a controller of the usage information.

Notice to Authorized Users:

Jenz application is intended for use by organizations. The Services are made available to you through an organization (e.g. your employer) and that organization is the administrator of the Services and is solely responsible for the accounts and/or Service site over which it has control.

Please direct your data privacy questions to your administrator (e.g. your employer), as your use of the Services is subject to that organization’s policies. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of an administrator’s organization, which may be different than this policy.

Please contact your organization or refer to your administrator’s organizational policies for more information.

Information We Collect and Receive

Q may collect and receive certain information and data in a variety of ways:

Account Information. If Q is responsible for setting up a Workspace account, the organization (e.g. your employer) supplies Q with your data, such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, start of work date, title and department, profile picture, Slack ID and profile description.

Usage Information.

  • Log data. As with most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Websites or Services and record it in log files. This log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address, the date and time the Services were used, etc. However, the IP address is not collected by Jenz, but only servers, therefore, it is not linked in any way to a certain Authorized User and it is not possible to identify the Authorized User based on the IP address.
  • Location information. We do not collect location information.
  • Analytics information. We may collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage

Data Retention

As soon as the usage of the Services is terminated by the organization (e.g. your employer), Q will delete your account information. Please contact the administrator (e.g. your employer) for any data requests or questions.

Support Account

In case Q agrees with the organization (e.g. your employer) to set-up a support account for a limited period of time, through that account Q will have the access to the content of the Services and data published by you.

Q will not collect, store or process such data, but will be able to view the content. This option will be limited to one authorized person in Q and will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

As soon as the organization (e.g. employer) requests removal of such support account, the account will be removed, and this section will not apply anymore.
